For over twenty years, Mr. Fleming has extensively counseled, prepared, and litigated patent and other intellectual property cases in a variety of scientific and product areas, including pharmaceuticals; Hatch-Waxman, chemistry, mechanical, metallurgy, consumer products, medical devices, paper products, and telecommunications.
In addition to an active litigation practice, Mr. Fleming maintains a patent and trademark prosecution docket. He also provides extensive clearance, analysis and opinion work relating to patent validity, infringement, enforceability, trade secrets and due diligence issues.
