As an associate in the Firm’s New York office, Kevin Georgek practices primarily in the fields of Hatch-Waxman litigation and trademark law. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Georgek was employed in the pharmaceutical industry where he worked on teams that performed process validation studies and that sought to optimize the operational efficiency of a large pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Mr. Georgek also worked as a research assistant in a laboratory whose primary focus was muscle physiology. Mr. Georgek’s industry experience enables him to understand clients’ business objectives—an understanding that he incorporates into his practice. While in law school, Mr. Georgek was the Executive Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and was an active member of the Intellectual Property Law Association.
