Mentorship is a critical piece of FLH’s commitment to our summer associates and their development as young attorneys. Each summer is assigned an associate and a partner mentor.
The associate mentor provides guidance on various work and social issues and helps the summer establish an in-depth understanding of associate life at FLH. The partner mentor acts as a wellspring of information regarding the firm – from client matters, to work and compensation structure, to performance evaluation.
Together, the associate and partner mentors paint a cohesive and comprehensive picture of the firm’s community and professional experience.
