Located at 745 Fifth Avenue, Frommer Lawrence & Haug’s main office is conveniently situated in Midtown Manhattan, nestled between 57th and 58th Streets. Here at the heart of the city, we are walking distance from numerous cultural attractions, including the Museum of Modern Art, Carnegie Hall, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick’s and Radio City Music Hall. Our building looms high above Bergdorf Goodman and Louis Vuitton and we count FAO Schwartz, Tiffany’s, the Trump Tower, the Apple® Store, the picturesque Plaza Hotel and the Pulitzer Fountain as our neighbors. The Edwynn Houk Gallery, which houses 20th Century photography, is one of several renowned galleries located directly within our building.
In addition, 745 Fifth enjoys soaring views of the southern side of Central Park, a destination that serves us at FLH throughout the year. During the summer months we hold firm softball games on the baseball fields and our summer associates have attended concerts on the lawn. In recent years, Central Park also has provided the perfect backdrop for our annual office gatherings at The Boathouse and the former Tavern on the Green.
Our location provides visitors with a wide array dining experiences in the immediate vicinity, from delis like Europa Café; to Serefina, a delicious Italian restaurant, to Tao, one of the most popular Asian restaurants in Manhattan. Other notable spots in the area include the Jekyll & Hyde Club, the Russian Tea Room and Serendipity 3.
Guests easily can visit Frommer Lawrence & Haug’s office by car, train or subway. Driving from Long Island and/or Queens, our NYC office is easily accessible from the Queens Midtown Tunnel and the 59th Street and Triboro Bridges. Those coming from farther points by car can make use of the Lincoln and Holland Tunnels, 3 and 8 miles from our offices, respectively. New Jersey also allows for easy travel to our office via
Port Authority buses,
NJ Transit trains into Penn Station and
NY Waterway ferries. We also are a short cab or subway ride from
Grand Central Station.
For those visitors traveling within the city who prefer mass transit, we are accessible via the
