Scot Pittman is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP, where he has worked on a range of cases and his experiences encompass discovery to pre-trial. He has a deep understanding of the Food and Drug Administration and has focused on FDA intellectual property issues since high school. Mr. Pittman also has experience in patent litigation and antitrust matters. During law school, Mr. Pittman worked as a summer intern at the FDA. Mr. Pittman graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University with a B.S. in Biology. He received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal.
