Eugene LeDonne is a partner in the New York office of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP.  Eugene's practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property.

Throughout his career, Eugene has handled complex intellectual property litigation at both the trial court and appellate levels. He has been involved in numerous suits concerning patent, trademark, copyright, trade-secret and related antitrust claims.

Eugene's practice also includes client counselling on patent prosecution and patent opinion matters. This aspect of his practice covers a broad range of industry sectors including optics, semiconductors, communications, medical devices, imaging, Internet applications and software.

Eugene has also served as a counselor and negotiator in a number of business settings. Throughout his career, Eugene has received significant settlement and licensing fees for his clients.

Prior to joining Frommer Lawrence & Haug, Eugene was a partner at Reed Smith LLP for over 9 years. While at Reed Smith, Eugene served as the Practice Group Leader of the Intellectual Property Group in the Firm's New York office.

Eugene received his JD from The American University Washington College of Law. Eugene also received a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from West Virginia University.
